What is the CES360 Software Solution?

CES360 is both a powerful software solution and a set of powerful process guidelines; both of these areas combine to form a very powerful tool in the Community for every team member who interacts with it. It makes sure the Client receives the correct Equipment that fulfils their need and that the Equipment was delivered in the shortest time possible.


I am a Delivery and Collection Driver – How would I use CES360?

The whole process is managed by the powerful Motorola TC55 device running the CES360 Logistics App. You will note that the Delivery and Collection receipts are printed on demand which means the driver does not need to travel with reams of paperwork. The on-board Printer can also be used to print ‘Sorry I missed you’ cards with the Drivers details on to arrange a re-attempt later.


I am a Prescriber in the Community – How would I use CES360?

You can use your PC in the office or use a Tablet or Smartphone in the Community. Updates and events linked to the Order are sent to the Smartphone as the Order moves through to Delivery. CES360 will also announce each morning which Clients are due to get their Equipment today and with one single click on ‘Quick Call’ you can ring them instantly on the Smartphone.
